The Residence

La Fonte Vistamare is a small complex at Nisporto completely surrounded by the greenery of typical Mediterranean vegetation, with the lush green of the oleanders and the wonderful silence which embraces the whole of this small seaside village.

Nisporto stands amid a landscape of subtle colours, the ideal backdrop to the large gardens with their attractive flowers.

All apartments are furnished to a high standard and are very large, with a fantastic view of the magnificent sea.
On the ground floor every single apartment has a patio and a large garden of 40m2, and on the upper floors large terraces of 40 m2 are provided, in both cases furnished with everything required for dining and for sunbathing in a mood of total relaxation.

As well as a parking space, guests have use of the swimming-pool with a large sunbathing area, the ideal place for complete relaxation, savouring the fragrances and sounds of still pristine natural surroundings.

Nisporto beach, in sand mixed with shingle, is about 300 metres from the apartments. Subtle colours provide the ideal backdrop to the large gardens with their attractive flowers. The beach has an equipped area with two beach clubs and a mooring zone with buoys.

A convenience store, restaurant, pizzeria, ice-cream parlour and tobacconist are just 100 metres from the apartments. A larger supermarket, bank and pharmacy are available at Bagnaia 3 km and Rio nell'Elba 7 km away.
